A Famous Group of Companies requires "Executive - Sales" in all Over Tamil Nadu
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Revenue Generation:
? Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the District Marketing Manager.
? Drive product sales through franchise outlets, retailers, and institutional buyers.
? Maintain strong relationships with franchise partners to ensure continuous sales growth.
? Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base.
2. Market & Competitor Analysis:
? Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and new product launches.
? Provide insights to the District Marketing Manager regarding market trends and customer preferences.
? Identify potential franchise locations and assist in lead generation for new investors.
3. Marketing & Brand Promotion:
? Implement local marketing campaigns and promotions to increase product visibility.
? Distribute promotional materials and coordinate with retailers to execute in-store branding.
? Organize product sampling, roadshows, and customer engagement activities.
? Work closely with franchise outlets to optimize in-store marketing efforts.
4. Franchise & Customer Relationship Management:
? Act as a point of contact for franchise owners and address their sales-related concerns.
? Ensure franchise outlets are following sales guidelines, pricing strategies, and promotions.
? Conduct regular visits to franchise locations to assess sales performance and provide support.
? Assist in onboarding new franchise partners and training their staff on sales techniques.

5. Reporting & Coordination:
? Maintain detailed sales reports and update the District Marketing Manager on progress.
? Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
? Provide feedback on promotional activities and suggest improvements.
? Ensure proper execution of company sales policies and strategies.
Job Specification (JS):
Qualifications & Experience:
? Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
? Experience: 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the F&B, FMCG, or retail sector.
? Industry Preference: Candidates from the food & beverage, quick-service restaurant (QSR), or FMCG background.
Key Skills & Competencies:
? Strong sales and negotiation skills.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
? Good understanding of territory-based sales strategies.
? Knowledge of marketing and promotional techniques.
? Basic understanding of franchise business models.
? Proficiency in MS Excel and sales tracking software.
Other Requirements:
? Willing to travel extensively within the district.
? Target-driven and self-motivated.
? Ability to work independently and in a team.
? Flexible to work beyond regular hours when required.
Performance Metrics (KPIs):
? Achievement of assigned sales targets.
? Increase in franchise outlet revenue.

? Feedback and satisfaction of franchise partners.
? Market expansion and new sales opportunities identified.

Salary Structure:
? Fixed Salary: Up to ?4,00,000 per annum (Depending on location, education, and experience)
? Variable Pay: Additional allowances based on actual expenses and performance
Variable Pay Components:
1. Food Allowance - Provided as per company policy
2. Lodging Allowance - Covered for official travel and relocation (if required)
3. Fuel Reimbursement - For official travel, based on distance covered
Salary Adjustments Based On:
? Location - Cost of living in the assigned district
