Job Description

Responsibilities



Manage and guide a team of Sales Executives of an assigned territory to achieve the sales goals.Setting and Achieving sales target with team coordination. Monitoring the working as well as the sales performance of the team. Work with Sales Executives in the field to ensure they implement successful sales process and promotion of the product. Collect customer feedback and competitors' activities of the assigned territories and report it to the concerned departments.

Requirements



UG/PG Candidates having 05-08 years sales experience may preferred.

Field sales experience required ( Steel / cement / Paint / Chemical industry )

Required Good Communication and Leadership Skill

Efficient in Team Coordination and product descriptive aspects.
