Role & Responsibilities:

1.

Support MSMEs

: Guide and mentor MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) to benefit from various government schemes, such as ESG programs.

2.

Entrepreneurship Development

: Help set up new enterprises, supporting them in availing government benefits like registrations (Udyam, GST, etc.) and licenses (FSSAI, Artisan card).

3.

Advisory Services

: Offer advice on business fundamentals, regulatory matters, and market linkages (domestic and international).

4.

Financial Guidance

: Assist MSMEs in preparing loan documents and financial statements (balance sheets, profit & loss).

5.

Market Research

: Conduct research on market trends, upcoming fairs, and promotional events to enhance MSME market access.

6.

Collaboration

: Work with entrepreneurs, government departments, FPOs, cooperatives, and business service providers.

7.

Training and Capacity Building

: Evaluate the training needs of MSMEs and help plan and organize capacity-building programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?250,000.00 - ?350,000.00 per year
