Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven District Manager to join our organization. The District Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multiple branches within a designated geographic area. The successful candidate will ensure operational efficiency, drive sales growth, and lead and develop their teams to achieve company goals. Key Responsibilities: Monitor financial performance and take corrective actions as necessary. Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner. Ensure that all stores within the district adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines. Conduct performance evaluations and address performance issues as needed. Requirements: Bachelor\'s/ Master\'s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a District Manager or a similar role in multi-unit retail management. People management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and financial analysis.
