a Job Purpose Require team of at least 10 members to promote, implement, and monitor the ZED Certification Program at the district level mobilizing MSMEs, providing handholding support, and coordinating with stakeholders to enhance quality, productivity, and sustainability in MSME units. Key Roles & Responsibilities Requite a team of at least 10 member team for conducting awareness programs, workshops, and meetings for MSMEs on ZED Certification benefits and processes Identify, mobilize, and onboard MSMEs for ZED Certification within the district Assist MSMEs in registration and self-assessment on the ZED portal Provide handholding support to MSMEs for documentation, compliance, and certification stages (Bronze/Silver/Gold) Coordinate with ZED Consultants, Assessors, DICs, MSME offices, and industry associations Conduct field visits to MSME units for guidance, progress review, and issue resolution Monitor progress and maintain district-level MIS and records Prepare and submit periodic reports to State/National authorities Support capacity-building and training programs related to quality, environmental sustainability, and best practices Ensure timely completion of targets and adherence to program guidelines Eligibility Criteria Educational Qualification Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Management, Economics, Commerce, or related discipline Experience 1-3 years of experience in Marketing or Concept selling sector, BFSI, FMCG Sales, government schemes, quality programs are preferred Fresher's with strong field and coordination skills and who have a good team may be considered Required Skills & Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of MSME ecosystem and government schemes Ability to work independently in field conditions Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel, online portals) Reporting and documentation skills Willingness to travel extensively within the district Note: 1.
