- District Manager- (Cloudfarms) Role Overview This is a District Manager position for Cloudfarms, based in required District/Zone, India. Cloudfarms seeks a dynamic business professional who will serve as the District/Zonal lead for the Agricultural Land Business. The incumbent will be responsible for the achievement of business outcomes of the organization. Business Vertical: Front Sales Website- www.cloudfarms.in Location: Ahmed Nagar (Maharashtra) Total No of Candidates: This position Reports to State Head/Sales Head- Land and Key stakeholders including: Co-Founders and Founder. The position will develop and handle Franchises, Individual agents and (Independent / IFA\'s) Individual Contributors, and will be responsible to generate revenue through them. Key responsibilities Revenue generation and meeting Targets each month through Land Transactions in the geographic location of required Districts. Achieving profitability and maintaining a positive PnL in the assigned territory. Purchaser/Seller representation. Developing and maintaining Franchisee/Farmer relationships in the region Generate Promotion Campaigns and Special Offers. Empanelment with Franchisee and Business Partners in and around the assigned territory and deal closure as per the revenue targets. Deal sourcing & Closure of leads. Team building and management Guiding Franchises and agents by personal involvement in closing high ticket transactions. Reviewing performance of Franchise and Agents and counsel them on their performance. Billing, Collections and timely updates to internal stakeholders Representing the organization in different forums, as and when required. Requirements Knowledge and Experience of Real Estate specially Agri-Land including documentation, agreements etc. Minimum relevant experience of 5-10 years and above Self-motivated professional with ability to acquire and manage franchisee/brokers for Land (Buy/Sell/Lease). Excellent communication and analytical skills. Sales oriented focus with a strong background on B2C and B2B sales, from Real Estate. Existing relationship with broker network in their respective Region is a plus. This position involves a lot of travel across the geography and is expected to live out of suitcase for at least 20 days in a month. Additional Information Key skills Relevant experience in Sales, preferably from Real Estate Sales, International Property Consultants, Graduate. (An MBA is an added advantage.) Excellent Communication skills is a Must. Salary Consideration: This position is going to be part of the founding team and basis the performance would be given an opportunity to earn upto 20% of the Revenues generated and also generous ESoP\'S would be part of his earnings. We are looking for someone who wants to generate wealth for himself in form of amazing incentives and a median salary Upto 6-7.5 lacs per annum + Reimbursements. Salary- 35 to 55k
