Leading and managing a district-level HR team (10-15 members)
Handling end-to-end HR operations and recruitment tasks
Building, aligning, and guiding your HR team effectively
Taking ownership of district-level HR execution
Managing multiple responsibilities and meeting project deadlines
Reporting directly to the HR Head for reviews and progress trackingWhat We Expect:Strong leadership and people skillsPassion for managing HR tasks and field operationsAbility to multitask and take initiativeLocal knowledge of your district is a plus.
