Lead, manage, and motivate the district-level agricultural team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Supervise and guide
Agriculture Officers, Field Executives, and Agronomists
in their daily activities.
Monitor field operations, ensure timely reporting, and evaluate team performance.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and distributors within the district.
Plan and execute field demonstrations, product awareness campaigns, and farmer meetings.
Coordinate with the Regional and Head Office teams for sales updates, product availability, and strategic planning.
Ensure adherence to company policies, targets, and operational standards.
Analyze district performance reports and take corrective actions when needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
B.Sc. / M.Sc. Agriculture (Diploma Agri with strong field experience may also apply).
Experience:
Minimum
3-5 years
in Agri Field / Sales / Team Handling roles.
Gender:
Male candidates only.
Location Preference:
Candidates from
Salem or nearby districts.
Skills Required:
Proven experience in
team management and leadership.
Strong knowledge of agriculture practices and local crop patterns.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Result-oriented with the ability to handle field challenges.
Proficiency in Tamil and basic English communication.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Reporting tools).
