In this job, you will conduct teacher trainings, visit government schools to monitor implementation, and liaise closely with block and district level government officials. Requirements
Independent, self-motivated and hardworking
Has own 2-wheeler to be able to travel widely to visit government schools
Good public speaker in Hindi
Good manner in working with government teachers
Basic familiarity with zoom meetings, microsoft word, excel and powerpoints
Able to travel to Lucknow Head Office 2-3 times per year for one week at a time
Proficiency in spoken English
Living in Ranchi city centre or one of the following blocks: Kanke, Ranchi Sadar, Namkum, Ormanjhi, Angara, Ratu
Living near the city centre in any one of the following districts: Balrampur, Bahraich, Chitrakoot, Siddhartnagar, Sonbhadra
Salary range:
20-30k (negotiable, depending on qualification, prior experience & skill sets)
Expected qualification:
Any Bachelor's degree. Preference for something in a relevant field, like education, management, or social work.
Prior experience:
Preference given for someone who has worked in an NGO or in the education sector or conducted in any field work.
