The District Coordinator will be responsible for supervising field teams, tracking district-level performance, conducting review meetings, and ensuring operational goals are met. The role requires leadership ability, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in computer operations.
Key Responsibilities:
? Track district performance through KPI monitoring and daily reporting.
? Resolve operational issues, delays, and field challenges effectively.
? Conduct and lead regular team meetings to review progress and set priorities.
? Ensure targets are achieved within timelines through proper coordination.
? Maintain records, reports, and data in Excel for district documentation.
Required Skills:
? Good command over MS Excel & computer operations.
? Strong leadership and interpersonal communication.
? Ability to motivate field teams and resolve issues on ground.
? Basic reporting, documentation, and coordination capability.
? Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle multi-location tasks.
Qualification:
? Graduate in any stream.
? Freshers & experienced candidates are welcome; field coordination/lead experience will be an advantage.
