Role Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Operations Manager to lead end-to-end on-ground execution of a large-scale agroforestry project in Gurdaspur. The role involves farmer engagement, team management, and technical oversight of plantation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Mobilize and engage farmers, conduct village awareness meetings. Lead a field team of 10+, supervise daily plantation activities. Manage procurement and quality control of seedlings & fertilizers. Ensure documentation and compliance with project standards.

Requirements:

Experience in agroforestry & rural programs Fluency in Punjabi; with strong local presence Proficient in MS Excel & reporting
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
