1. Market & Geographical Knowledge: He has to know his respective market area very well, the entire district, route,bit,rural area, deep rural geography should be known as a prospective market. He must be well versed and personally know the super, distributors and dealers of the beverage industry in his respective areas with extremely good face value and reputation.
2. Pleasing Personality: He has personal face value and relationship with all distributors and dealers.
3. Sales Skill: He has the ability to introduce our product to Super Distributors under the T&C laid by the company.
4. Meeting Sales Target, and ability to close deals and negotiate , Problem solving and updated with Industry knowledge.
