Position Overview:

We are looking for a driven and energetic

Distributor Sales Representative (DSR)

to manage retail outlets, generate orders, place products, and build strong relationships across Jaipur's General Trade (GT) market. The ideal candidate must have excellent pitching ability, strong market understanding, and a hunger to achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit kirana stores, general trade shops, and supermarkets as per route plan Pitch Debock Organic Farm products convincingly to retailers Generate orders and ensure correct SKU placement Ensure visibility, shelf display, branding & product availability Onboard new retail outlets & expand market coverage Maintain strong retailer relationships for long-term sales Support distributor in stock movement & fulfillment Track competitor products, pricing & market activities Submit daily visit reports, order details, and market feedback

Key Skillsets:

Strong communication & product pitching skills GT market knowledge (Kirana/General stores, supermarkets) Order booking & retailer relationship management Negotiation & deal closing Route planning & time management Market awareness & competitor tracking Self-driven, target-oriented mindset

Mandatory Requirements:

2-5 years of experience in FMCG / General Trade field sales Two-wheeler + valid driving license Ability to travel extensively within assigned area Confident communication & follow-up skills Experience with distributor handling (preferred)
