The Distributor Sales Representative (DSR) is responsible for driving sales, achieving targets, and expanding market share within the assigned territory through effective management of distributors, retailers, and key customers. The role involves building strong relationships, ensuring product availability, executing promotional plans, and maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in Automotive Spare-Parts/ Lubricants or FMCG / Consumer Durables.
Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for assigned territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
Ensure timely order collection, delivery, and payment from distributors.
Monitor distributor stock levels to ensure optimal inventory and product availability.
Implement and track promotional and marketing activities in the market.
Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for expansion.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Prepare and submit sales reports, market feedback, and performance analysis.
Ensure compliance with company sales policies, pricing, and branding guidelines.
