Key Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and activate
IMF partners / sub-brokers / distributors
.
Achieve monthly and quarterly
life insurance sales targets
.
Train partners on product offerings, sales processes, and compliance guidelines.
Drive business through assigned territory and build strong market presence.
Maintain relationships with existing IMF partners to maximize retention and business growth.
Support partners with sales calls, customer meetings, and joint field activities.
Track daily performance and prepare basic MIS reports.
Required Skills & Experience
2-6 years of experience in
Life Insurance agency / alternate / broking / IMF channel
.
Strong knowledge of
life insurance products
(protection, savings, ULIP, health).
Strong partner management, communication, and field sales skills.
Ability to recruit and build a productive partner network.
Self-driven with good territory knowledge.
Preferred Background
Experience in companies like LIC, Max Life, Tata AIA, HDFC Life, ICICI Prudential, SBI Life, Kotak Life, Shriram Life, Niva Bupa, Cigna, etc.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
