Distributor Sales Executive

to drive sales and build strong partnerships with multi-brand distributors, wholesalers, and retail networks, ensuring that Edsmart products reach bookstores, supermarkets, and stationery outlets nationwide.

Job Summary:


The Distributor Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales through multi-brand distributors and ensuring the widespread availability of Edsmart products in key retail outlets, including bookstores, supermarkets, and stationery stores. The role involves acquiring new distributors, managing existing relationships, and ensuring that sales targets are met while expanding the market presence of Edsmart Books and Flashcards.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales Development:

Identify, approach, and onboard new multi-brand distributors to expand the reach of Edsmart products across bookstores, supermarkets, and stationery outlets.

Sales Target Achievement:

Work towards meeting or exceeding sales targets through effective distributor management and ensuring that products are well-stocked in key retail locations.

Relationship Management:

Maintain and nurture relationships with existing distributors and wholesalers, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to sell Edsmart products.

Market Expansion:

Identify new market opportunities and regions for product distribution and work closely with distributors to penetrate untapped markets.

Sales Promotions:

Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns and in-store marketing initiatives to boost sales.

Inventory and Stock Management:

Ensure that distributors maintain adequate inventory levels, preventing stockouts and ensuring timely product deliveries to retail outlets.

Product Training and Support:

Provide training and product knowledge to distributors and retailers, helping them effectively sell Edsmart products and increase product awareness.

Reporting and Feedback:

Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Share insights with the management team to optimize sales strategies.

Market Intelligence:

Stay updated with industry trends, competitor products, and retail market dynamics to adapt sales strategies and stay ahead in the competitive landscape.

Sales Strategy Execution:

Implement sales strategies that align with business goals and objectives, ensuring the brand's growth and profitability in retail environments.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
