Experience in distributor sales in OTC/Cosmetic/FMCG industry

Manage and expand the distributor network within the assigned territory Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (primary and secondary) Visit retail outlets regularly to ensure product availability, visibility, and display standards Implement trade schemes, promotions, and product launches effectively Monitor distributor inventory, claims, and timely order placement Identify new business opportunities and channel partners Track competitor activity and share actionable insights with the team Ensure timely reporting through sales trackers and CRM tools Conduct product trainings and support merchandising execution at point-of-sale Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and documentation
