MAIN JOB PURPOSE: We are seeking a highly skilled Dashboard and Data Analytics Specialist to join our team. As a specialist in this role, you will be responsible would be interacting with the business owners to understanding their requirements & then developing, designing, and maintaining data-driven dashboards and providing valuable insights through data analysis. Your primary objective will be to support data-driven decision-making processes within the organization by delivering actionable information to key stakeholders. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Interact with the business owner (Squad leads) to understand the requirements. Dashboard Development: Design and develop interactive and visually appealing dashboards using industry-standard tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar) to present data in a clear and concise manner. Data analysis, using data to get key insights, raising a flag in case of any deviation. Data Analysis: Collect, cleanse, validate, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Apply statistical techniques and data mining methods to extract meaningful information from datasets. Data Visualization: Create compelling visualizations, charts, and graphs to effectively communicate complex data to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ensure visualizations are intuitive, user-friendly, and aligned with business objectives. Report Generation: Generate regular reports and ad-hoc analyses for key stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and areas of improvement. Automate reporting processes wherever possible to enhance efficiency. Data Governance: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish data governance frameworks, ensuring data integrity, quality, and consistency across dashboards and analytics projects. Implement and maintain data security and privacy measures. Requirement Gathering: Engage with business users and stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and translate requirements into dashboard specifications. Continuously evaluate and refine dashboards based on user feedback and evolving business needs. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on accessing and interpreting dashboards and reports. Proactively address user inquiries and troubleshoot any technical issues related to data visualization tools. Stay Updated: Stay abreast of emerging trends, tools, and best practices in data visualization, dashboard development, and analytics techniques. Recommend and implement improvements to existing processes and tools. Key Skills: Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in developing interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or similar. Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from complex datasets and present them in a concise and actionable manner. Proficiency in data analysis techniques, statistical modeling, and data visualization best practices. Solid understanding of databases, data structures, and SQL queries. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
