Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area. Manage and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and stockists. Monitor distributor inventory levels and ensure adequate product availability. Implement trade promotions and schemes to drive sales and visibility. Ensure proper execution of marketing and display activities at retail outlets. Identify new business opportunities and potential retail channels for expansion. Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and new product trends. Ensure timely order booking, delivery, and payment collection. Conduct regular market visits to monitor retail coverage and merchandising standards. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and update management on market performance.

Requirements:



Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Experience:

1-4 years of sales experience (preferably FMCG, consumer goods, or retail distribution).

Skills:

Strong communication and negotiation skills Good understanding of channel sales and distribution management Ability to analyze sales data and prepare reports Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
