Key Responsibilities Inventory Management:
Track and manage stock levels to ensure adequate supplies are on hand.

Coordinate with warehouse staff to monitor incoming and outgoing inventory.

Conduct regular stock checks to maintain inventory accuracy and support reordering.





Invoicing and Stock Verification:

Prepare accurate invoices based on customer orders, ensuring all data is correctly entered.


Perform final checks on stock to ensure order accuracy before dispatch.

Address and resolve any billing discrepancies promptly.




Order Fulfilment and Packing:

Assist with the packing of products according to company standards and regulatory requirements.


Ensure that products are packed securely to prevent any damages during transit.

Requirements



Qualification:

A degree/diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm or B.Pharm).

Experience:

Experience in retail pharmacy or healthcare is a plus.

Communication Skills:

Ability to interact with customers and resolve queries effectively.

Tech-Savvy:

Familiarity with inventory management software and basic computer applications. *

Teamwork:

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with others.
