We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Officer to oversee and manage the logistics and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and cost-effective transportation, inventory management, and timely delivery of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and supply chain activities.
Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments for smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Manage documentation related to imports, exports, dispatches, and receipts.
Analyze logistics data to optimize routes and reduce costs.
Handle logistics software and ERP systems for tracking and reporting.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
Strong knowledge of logistics software (e.g., TMS, WMS, ERP).
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
