About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Distribution Sales professional to manage channel partners, drive product availability, and achieve sales targets across the designated territory. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in distribution-focused sales, FMCG/Consumer Goods/Supply Chain sectors, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage distributor relationships to ensure consistent product availability. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective market planning. Identify new distribution opportunities and onboard distributors/retailers. Monitor distributor performance, inventory, and credit management. Execute market penetration strategies and promotional plans. Collect market intelligence on competition, pricing, and customer preferences. Coordinate with internal teams for supply, dispatch, and marketing support.

Requirements:

Proven experience in distribution or channel sales (FMCG/eCommerce/Consumer Goods preferred). Strong understanding of distributor management and retail market dynamics. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to travel within the assigned territory. Minimum qualification: Graduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
