About the Role

AV Engineers Pvt. Ltd. invites young and energetic Mechanical / Electrical Engineers or Diploma holders to be part of our Ranchi-based project execution team. The position focuses on material management, field coordination, and project support for industrial refrigeration and automation works across Jharkhand.

Freshers who are eager to build their career in project distribution and on-site execution are encouraged to apply!

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Participate in material planning and dispatch scheduling for ongoing projects in and around Ranchi. Support execution engineers during installation, commissioning, and testing phases. Track vendor deliveries and ensure timely availability of site materials. Coordinate between design, purchase, and operations teams for smooth workflow. Maintain progress updates and assist in site documentation. Follow safety and quality protocols at project locations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Experience:

0-1 year (Fresh graduates welcome).

Skills:

Good communication, coordination, and analytical thinking.

Requirement:

Willing to travel to project sites across Jharkhand when required.
