About the role



We are hiring an experienced

Channel Sales & Distribution Manager

to expand our distributor network for Magic Cem White Lime Wash. The role involves identifying new markets, appointing distributors, and driving sales growth through dealer and channel development.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute distributor acquisition strategy in target regions. Identify potential distributors and trade partners through market research and field visits. Negotiate and finalize distributor agreements as per company policies. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and dealers. Provide product training, marketing support, and sales enablement to distributor teams. Monitor distributor performance, sales targets, stock availability, and order flow. Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activities and market needs. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth operations. Plan and execute promotional activities, trade campaigns, product demos, and visibility initiatives. Prepare weekly/monthly reports on distributor appointments, performance, and sales growth.

Required Skills



Strong expertise in

channel sales, distributor development, and dealer management

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to analyze markets and identify business opportunities. Strong execution mindset with strategic thinking. Must be willing to travel extensively.

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree required; MBA in Marketing / Business preferred.

5-7 years of experience

in Channel Sales / Distributor Management. Experience in

building materials, paints, cement, adhesives, chemicals, or FMCG

is an advantage. Proven track record in appointing and managing distributors.
