About the Role :
- Manage the sales activities for our LMS platforms / L & D solutions in given India - North region, including partner development, business development and implementation, and ensure the company\'s annual sales targets for the region is met
- Lead customer acquisition by generating leads through demand generation teams, providing online / in-person demonstrations to those leads and organizing pilots
- Use existing relationships to grow business to new clients and current accounts
- Write commercial proposals and lead commercial negotiation with clients
- Achieve sales goals and be able to work independently
- Collaborate with internal resources to drive larger sales and opportunities
- Undertake other promotional activities that are likely to culminate in a purchase agreement
- Ensure prompt collection of receivables from our customers
- Lead our participation in promotion events like roadshows, conferences and media showcase events
- Help in authoring sales and marketing collateral, including websites, promotional material, concept and case study videos, etc.,
- Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the customer life cycle
- Build the DISPRZ brand
The Ideal Candidate :
- Bachelor\'s/Master\'s degree in Marketing, Sales or business management from reputed institute
- 9 to 12 yrs of B2B enterprise experience in Solution selling/ SaaS Product selling/ HR Tech space
- At least 5 years proven sales record in a reasonably sized market in India- North
- Should be based in / willing to relocate to Gurgaon / Delhi
