Job Description

Roles and Responsibility-
Once you get selected, you will be designated as a Dispensing Optician where you have to conduct a detailed EYE TEST on all customers. You would also assist your customers in selecting the right product.
After every eye test, we would have a licensed optometrist validate and sign off your Rx as per the legal requirements
Apart from eye tests, you have to take accurate measurements required to fit the lens perfectly
You have to conduct proper Quality checks before delivering the product to the customer
You would do every role that a store optometrist does today - maintaining the store upkeep and hygiene, clinic calibration, and helping the store to achieve its goals.
Eligibility for Dispensing Optician
1 year / 2 year / 3 year courses
12th science is not a must for an optician
Assessment level for eye test check same for Optometrist and optician (no compromise)
