We're looking for a professional and proactive Dispatcher to join our team! The ideal candidate should have solid experience in booking loads, planning routes, managing pickups and deliveries, and be confident in handling drivers and generating new business leads.
Responsibilities:
Book loads through various load boards and brokers
Plan efficient driver routes and schedules
Coordinate pickups and deliveries
Communicate clearly with drivers and brokers
Source and develop new leads to grow the business
Track shipments and ensure on-time performance.
