Knowing about Load board DAT truck stops etc. Load Booking .

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.

Duties

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information. Ensuring the on-time pick up and delivery of loads. related to logistics, shipping, receiving, and fleet management. Knowledge about HOS or ELD. Manage data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Coordinate with dispatching teams and drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods. Monitor supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement in service delivery. Experience Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with logistics terminology and processes such as freight handling and supply chain management is a plus. Proficiency in data entry and the ability to analyze information for effective decision-making. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly. Experience using software tools related to logistics or customer service is advantageous.
