We are currently seeking a

highly experienced Dispatcher

with proven expertise in

DAT Load Board Software

and cross-border freight operations, specifically

U.S. to Canada

. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, organized, and fully capable of handling the full dispatch process independently.

This role requires someone who understands the urgency and precision of trucking logistics and has hands-on experience managing drivers, loads, brokers, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage daily dispatch operations for trucks moving freight from the

U.S. to Canada

Use

DAT Load Board

and other freight platforms to find, negotiate, and book loads Communicate with drivers to provide load details, routing, and support throughout the delivery process Ensure all loads are delivered on time and in compliance with regulations Build and maintain relationships with brokers, carriers, and customers Monitor and update load statuses in real time Resolve any issues or delays quickly and professionally Keep accurate records of all dispatch-related documentation Handle backhauls and optimize truck routes for cost and time efficiency Work closely with accounting to ensure proper billing and rate confirmation

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
