Full-Time | Night Shift | Immediate Start

We are seeking a reliable and experienced

Dispatcher - Track & Trace

professional to join our team for

after-hours operations

. This role is critical in ensuring seamless communication between drivers, customers, and internal teams during non-business hours.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and track active loads from pickup to delivery Maintain real-time communication with drivers to ensure on-time performance Address any issues or delays and provide quick solutions Update load statuses in Xpert board and provide regular reports track from ALS Communicate with customers to provide timely updates on shipments Escalate major issues to management when necessary

Requirements:

Prior experience in

dispatching or track & trace

(preferred) Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable with night shifts and long hours Proficient in dispatch/tracking software and MS Office Reliable internet connection if working remotely
