Plan and schedule daily dispatches as per customer orders and batching capacity.
Coordinate with the batching plant, quality control, and maintenance teams for smooth delivery operations.
Allocate transit mixers, pumps, and other vehicles based on order priorities and availability.
Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of concrete to avoid delays at site.
Maintain dispatch records such as challans, delivery slips, and trip sheets.
Communicate effectively with drivers regarding route, timing, and load details.
Monitor vehicle movement through GPS and ensure efficient route utilization.
Update customers on delivery status and manage last-minute order changes.
Coordinate with accounts for billing-related documents and proof of delivery.
Maintain daily reports on dispatch quantity, rejected loads, idle time, etc.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies during dispatch operations.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong planning and multitasking ability.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, ERP/Dispatch Software).
Knowledge of local routes and RMC logistics.
Problem-solving and time management skills.
