Dispatcher Executive (US Logistics Processes)

Experience Required:

Minimum 1+ years in DSP / last-mile dispatch operations (preferably with Amazon DSPs). Candidates with strong experience in US logistics processes will be given priority.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end dispatch operations for DSP accounts, including route planning, rostering, rescues, driver communication, and performance monitoring. Coordinate effectively with Amazon DSP clients and internal teams across dispatch, operations, and quality. Ensure SLA compliance, quality benchmarks, driver productivity, and handle escalations promptly. Utilize dashboards and tools (Chime, Netradyne, scheduling systems) to track KPIs and optimize performance. Lead and support a team of dispatchers, ensuring training, accountability, and full shift coverage. Oversee peak season planning, resource allocation, cost management, and operational efficiency.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong hands-on experience in DSP dispatch or last-mile logistics. Excellent English communication skills. Data-driven approach with proficiency in Excel, KPI analysis, and escalation management. Solid understanding of Amazon DSP standards, compliance, and operational workflows. Prior experience with

US logistics processes

is strongly preferred.
