international logistics processes

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will have at least

1 year of experience

in customer support, sales, or logistics dispatching, excellent English communication skills, and the drive to support business development through sales outreach and cold calling. This is a full-time night shift remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage driver dispatching, routing, and scheduling remotely Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and drivers during night operations Provide exceptional customer support, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and effectively Conduct outbound sales calls and cold calling to generate new international business opportunities Maintain accurate records and prepare reports related to dispatch and customer interactions

Candidate Profile:

Female candidates preferred Indian candidates only Minimum 1 year experience in customer support, sales, or logistics dispatching Prior experience in

international process

handling is a plus Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal) Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure Willingness to contribute to both operational and business development functions

Salary & Benefits:
