Job Overview:
As a
Dispatcher and Receptionist
, you will be responsible for efficiently handling both office and logistics operations. This includes managing customer inquiries, coordinating appointments, dispatching products for delivery, and ensuring smooth communication between our clients, delivery teams, and internal staff. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Dispatcher Duties:
Coordinate and dispatch orders to the delivery team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Track and monitor product shipments, ensuring on-time arrivals and addressing any issues.
Communicate with clients to update them on delivery statuses and resolve any concerns.
Maintain records of deliveries, schedules, and inventory status.
Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely preparation and dispatch of orders.
Receptionist Duties:
Greet visitors and clients with a warm and professional demeanor.
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage front desk operations.
Provide detailed information about our Ayurvedic products, services, and treatments.
Maintain accurate records of appointments, client interactions, and office operations.
Assist with general administrative tasks, including managing emails, correspondence, and office supplies.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, reception, or logistics is highly preferred.
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional attitude.
Basic knowledge of Ayurveda or a passion for wellness is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office management software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
