We are looking for an experienced

Drayage Dispatcher

to join our team in

Mohali

. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in drayage operations, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day dispatch activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Dispatch and manage drayage shipments efficiently Coordinate with drivers, terminals, and customers for pickups and deliveries Track containers and ensure timely movement Handle appointment scheduling and status updates Monitor driver performance and resolve operational issues Maintain accurate records and documentation Communicate delays or issues proactively to stakeholders

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience as a

Drayage Dispatcher

Good understanding of drayage, ports, terminals, and container movements Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable with dispatch systems and tracking tools Immediate joiner preferred
