As a Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and efficient movement of containers and other shipments. You will be responsible for processing job orders from clients received via email, coordinating truck movements, and maintaining real-time communication with drivers. Your ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and handle real-time problem-solving will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Client Job Management

: Review and process job orders sent by clients via email. Ensure all necessary details are recorded and accurate.

Truck Scheduling

: Coordinate the movement of trucks within the city for container deliveries. Ensure timely scheduling and optimize routes for maximum efficiency.

Driver Coordination

: Maintain continuous communication with drivers, providing them with real-time updates on route changes, delivery instructions, and any other necessary information.

Real-time Monitoring

: Monitor delivery progress and ensure containers are delivered on time. Resolve any issues or delays as they arise.

Documentation and Reporting

: Ensure accurate documentation is kept for all shipments and deliveries. Provide regular updates to the management team regarding the status of deliveries.

Customer Service

: Communicate effectively with clients to provide delivery updates, handle inquiries, and resolve any potential issues.

Problem Resolution

: Act swiftly to address any challenges or delays that may occur during transportation and delivery.
