Schedule and dispatch company-owned trucks and drivers
Assign loads based on equipment availability and driver hours
Monitor shipments to ensure on-time pickup and delivery
Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams
Resolve delays, breakdowns, and service issues
Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies
Maintain accurate dispatch and load records
