We are a fast-growing logistics and transportation company specializing in

US-based drayage and OTR (Over-The-Road)

operations. We're looking for motivated dispatchers who are experienced, organized, and ready to take ownership of daily dispatching and coordination tasks.

Job Summary:

As a

Drayage and OTR Dispatcher

, you will be responsible for coordinating loads, managing driver schedules, and ensuring timely deliveries. The role requires strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and experience working with load boards, brokers, and drivers in the US logistics domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, assign, and monitor drayage and OTR loads daily. Coordinate with drivers, shippers, and brokers to ensure on-time pick-up and delivery. Track shipments and provide real-time updates to clients. Manage ELD logs and ensure compliance with transportation regulations. Handle documentation, load confirmations, and billing. Resolve route, scheduling, or delivery issues promptly. Optimize routes for cost and time efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1.5-3 years of experience

in

Drayage or OTR Dispatch

(US logistics preferred). Proficiency with

TMS, load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.), and ELD systems

. Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English). Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Must be willing to work

from the office

(no remote option).
