Job Description

Job Title: Logistics Dispatcher

Roles and Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule the movement of goods, vehicles, and drivers to ensure timely deliveries. Communicate with drivers, warehouse teams, and clients to provide updates and resolve issues. Monitor routes and delivery progress using GPS and dispatch software. Handle emergency calls, delivery delays, or route changes efficiently. Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, delivery logs, and transportation documents. Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to optimize delivery routes and reduce costs. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, or special delivery needs. Prepare and submit reports related to delivery performance, delays, and fuel usage. Assist with driver check-in/out procedures and ensure all documentation is complete.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
