Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented

Dispatcher

to coordinate the timely and accurate dispatch of medical equipment, parts, and materials from our manufacturing facility. The Dispatcher will be responsible for managing transportation schedules, communicating with drivers and carriers, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards, especially those related to medical-grade products.

Minimum 2 years of experience in dispatching, preferably in a manufacturing or medical device environment Knowledge of transportation regulations, shipping practices, and FDA/GMP requirements Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Proficiency with dispatch systems, Microsoft Office, and inventory software
