Supervise daily dispatch operations and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics teams to plan dispatch schedules.
Prepare and verify dispatch documents (invoice, delivery challan, transport slip, etc.).
Ensure accurate loading and unloading of materials as per dispatch plan.
Monitor vehicle movement and ensure route optimization.
Check vehicle condition, cleanliness, and adherence to dispatch SOPs.
Maintain dispatch records and daily MIS reporting.
Handle transporters and ensure goods are delivered safely and on time.
Manage inventory movements between warehouse and production units.
Lead and monitor dispatch team members and helpers for efficient operation.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: Graduate / Diploma (any stream).
Experience: 1-2 years in dispatch or logistics supervision (preferably in FMCG or food manufacturing industry).
Must have working knowledge of Tally / ERP and Excel.
Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle manpower, multitask, and manage pressure situations.
Should be familiar with basic transport documentation and GST invoicing.
Salary Range:
?10,000 - ?15,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
