Qualification: 12th / Graduation

Experience: 1 to 2 yrs

Industry : Packaging

Key Responsibilities:

Dispatch Operations:

Plan and execute daily dispatch schedules as per customer orders.

Coordinate with the production team to ensure material readiness for dispatch.

Arrange transporters and ensure timely vehicle placement.

Verify quantity, quality, and packaging before dispatch.

Maintain dispatch records, delivery challans, and transporter details.

Ensure goods are dispatched as per customer and company requirements.

Sales Invoice Preparation:

Prepare sales invoices accurately as per dispatch details.

Generate invoices in ERP/Tally/system including GST details.

Ensure correct HSN codes, tax rates, customer details, and pricing.

Coordinate with the accounts team for invoice approval and posting.

Share invoices and dispatch documents with customers on time.

Prepare daily/weekly dispatch and invoice reports.

Report dispatch issues, delays, or discrepancies to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate (Commerce preferred).1-3 years of experience in dispatch and invoicing (manufacturing/packaging industry preferred).Working knowledge of GST, e-way bill, sales invoices.

Experience in Tally / ERP / Billing software.

Basic MS Excel and computer skills.

Good coordination and communication skills.

Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
