Implement and maintain quality checks

Coordinate with production and logistics teams

to ensure timely packaging and dispatch of products.

Monitor equipment used in the packing process

, ensuring proper maintenance and smooth functionality.

Prepare and maintain packing reports

, tracking production numbers, materials used, and overall performance.

Ensure compliance with safety standards

and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Key Skills and Requirements:

3 years of experience

in a packing or supervisory role, preferably in the battery or manufacturing industry.

?

Technical knowledge

related to packing machinery and processes.

?

Strong leadership and communication skills

to manage and direct the packing team.

?

Attention to detail

to ensure quality control in packaging.

Knowledge of safety standards

related to packaging and handling of materials.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
