RIK Industries Private Limited is a furniture manufacturing company located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. We are looking for a profile for a Dispatch Supervisor position.

Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and supervise daily dispatch activities Ensure all orders are dispatched accurately and on time Coordinate with warehouse, production, logistics, and transport teams Supervise loading and unloading of materials and finished goods Verify dispatch documents such as invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and transport documents Monitor vehicle movement and delivery schedules Resolve dispatch-related issues such as delays, shortages, or damages Maintain accurate dispatch records, reports, and registers Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies Support inventory control by coordinating dispatch with stock availability

Skills & Qualifications:

3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations Strong understanding of dispatch procedures and documentation Ability to supervise and manage a team Good communication and coordination skills Computer skills (MS Excel, ERP/WMS knowledge preferred) Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred:

Experience in manufacturing or logistics industry Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Willingness to work in shifts, if required Knowledge of Hindi language is an added advantage
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
