We are looking for a

Dispatch Supervisor

to manage and oversee daily dispatch operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of finished goods. The role involves coordinating with production, logistics, transporters, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth and efficient dispatch activities.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and supervise daily dispatch schedules

Ensure accurate

picking, packing, and labeling of materials

Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement and dispatch Verify invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and other dispatch documents Ensure timely dispatch as per sales orders and delivery timelines Maintain dispatch records and daily MIS reports Monitor loading activities and ensure safety compliance Coordinate with production, stores, and sales teams Handle customer or transporter-related dispatch issues Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline in the dispatch area

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate / Diploma (Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred) 3-6 years of experience in dispatch/warehouse operations Knowledge of dispatch documentation (Invoice, DC, E-way Bill) Basic knowledge of GST and logistics processes Good communication and coordination skills Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems
