Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, schedule, evaluate performance, and provide disciplinary action for dispatchers.

Operations Management:

Oversee daily dispatch activities, assign tasks, monitor workflows, and ensure timely pick-ups/deliveries.

Issue Resolution:

Act as the escalation point for complex problems, troubleshooting delays, and managing incidents.

Process Improvement:

Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and adherence to safety/company policies.

Coordination:

Liaise with other departments (logistics, customer service) and external partners (carriers, clients).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
