Job Description

Key Responsibilities (KRA):



Dispatch Management:


Handle and supervise all dispatch operations on a daily basis. Ensure goods are dispatched on time and in the correct quantity as per orders.

Billing & Documentation Verification:


Cross-check all bills, invoices, challans, and e-way bills before dispatch. Make sure prices, product details, and quantities are accurate.

Vehicle & Loading Checking:


Personally check vehicles during loading to ensure goods match with the bill and are loaded safely and properly.

Packaging & Quality Check:


Ensure all goods are properly packed, labeled, and secured to prevent damage or loss during transport.

Security & Theft Prevention:


Maintain full security of goods in the dispatch area. Ensure there is no mismatch, missing item, or theft. Keep records of every dispatch properly.

Team Handling:


Manage the dispatch and loading team efficiently. Assign daily work, monitor performance, and make sure dispatch activities run smoothly.

Coordination with Transporters:


Coordinate with transporters and drivers to ensure vehicles arrive on time, are correctly loaded, and leave with proper documentation.

Reporting:


Prepare daily dispatch reports and share with senior management, mentioning total dispatches, vehicle details, and any issues faced.

Stock & Inventory Coordination:


Work closely with the warehouse and stock team to ensure dispatch quantities match the inventory records. Report any mismatch immediately.

Record Maintenance:


Maintain all dispatch-related documents such as bill copies, LR copies, e-way bills, and delivery challans for tracking and audit purposes.

Issue Escalation & Resolution:


Inform management immediately in case of any dispatch issues such as vehicle delay, goods shortage, or wrong loading, and take corrective action quickly.

System Entry & Tracking:


Enter dispatch data into the ERP system or manual register and track the goods until delivery confirmation.

Safety & Compliance:


Ensure dispatch is carried out following all company policies, safety rules, and legal requirements (GST, e-way bill, etc.).

Process Improvement:


Continuously monitor the dispatch process and suggest improvements to make operations faster, safer, and more efficient.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
