12Th/ Graduate 1 to 2 years' experience in dispatch or logistics Basic knowledge of ERP / Excel Understanding of dispatch documentation

Job Purpose

To manage dispatch activities and ensure timely and accurate delivery of finished goods from the Mirror & Hood division.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and supervise daily dispatch activities Ensure on-time dispatch as per customer schedule Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Transporters Prepare dispatch documents (invoice, challan, e-way bill) Ensure proper packing, labelling, and loading of materials Maintain dispatch records and reports Follow safety and quality guidelines during dispatch Handle basic coordination with customers and logistics partners
