Role: Dispatch / Packing Supervisor
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily dispatch activities, track order status, and ensure timely delivery.
Manage packaging and inventory for dispatch.
Send, track and receive WIP / job work orders on daily basis.
Coordinate with Sales and Quality Control.
Oversee loading and verify shipping documentation.
Monitor output, downtime, and overall performance against requirements.
Assign tasks and manage team attendance & performance
Minimum Educational Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma
Minimum Work Experience: 5 Years
Languages: Hindi / Marathi / English
Preference will be given to candidates with computer (MS Excel / Word) knowledge.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
