Job Description

A Dispatch Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of dispatchers, ensuring efficient and effective operations. They manage the dispatch team, monitor workflows, and address any issues that arise during operations. This includes recruiting, training, and evaluating performance of the dispatch staff.
